Elegant Expressions Farm (EEF) was started in the summer of 2007 by Cassandra (Cassy) Wunsch.

You could almost say that Cassy rode a horse the day she was born! One day after exercising a friends horse her moms' water broke. She has been horse crazy ever since!! Cassy grew up in a military family and moved around a bunch growing up. This kept her from having a horse of her own. It wasn't until the age of 12 when she was started in lessons full time that her horse obsession grew. She would muck stalls and such just for that chance to catch a ride on anything with 4 legs and a tail; in any discipline just to be around them! Cassy wouldn't get her first horse (Golden Sunrise) until she was 20 years old. It was a long time coming but worth the wait, she bought her from one of the breeding farms she worked at.

Over the years she has managed two breeding farms with up to 30+ horses in her care. She has competed in almost every English and Western discipline at least once. She spent a year in Texas on a horse farm starting/re-training and showing the young stock in dressage. Cassy has a great deal of patience when working with the horses and can get great results from everyone she has worked with.

In October 2009 Cassy welcomed her first two legged baby Abbigail into the world. And in May 2011 Cassy welcomed her son Zachery into the world 6 1/2 weeks early!! The kids are a big help with the horses and they love going out to the barn every day. The horses born here are handled daily, they have their feet picked, are shown in line classes (if available) etc...they also live outside as much as the weather allows so they can play and grow.
